The hotel is conveniently located and close to the beach, markets, and other attractions. the bright and comfortable restaurant offers a great breakfast buffet with a variety of international, Thai, and Indian food options.

Some of the staff members were reported to be rude and unhelpful, which was disappointing for some guests.

room was basic but clean,cleaned every day.pool area dity.brerakfast ok but was not much choice.this is a budget hotel but you pay for what you get

Just walking distance from the restaurant Govindam. No doubt, it' s a great hotel.

The buffet breakfast offered a great variety of fresh and tasty food, including omelets, fruit, and multigrain bread. The restaurant was very comfortable and bright, and the location was convenient. The restaurant also had a lunch buffet available.

The hotel rooms were average and could be improved. Additionally, the staff at the reception could be friendlier and more welcoming.

I have stayed at bella express before also and thats why I again stayed there.it is near beach and also location and cleanliness is good.nice swimming pool and gym can relax you and help staying fit.

Lobby at the bella express though centrally a/c but they dont start a/c and feel very hot.also check in process takes long time as the most of the staff was trainee.when I complained that 1 bath towel is missing from my room they didnt hear it and charge 300bath for it which was not worth 100bath.so I had to pay for what was cleaning room staff fault.also in the namaste restaurant staff behavoiur was very bad with indian people and they take away all the food sharp at 10.00am and while they keep on serving american style breakfast till 11.00am fro foreign personals which also closes at10.00am.this I thik is racial discrimination and very shameful.

Nothing. people unfriendly and trying to take money from deposit.

Hotel cheap. Staff too young and unfriendly, cannot take any decision or support. Cannot call a taxi, no city map. they need a senior MANAGER...looks like kindergarden. When I arrived an indian man was complaining they wanted to take money from his deposit....and he wanted to go to police. Reception people played hard also with me...but did not get anything... Breakfast...no breakfast... Location, take a taxi evryday or walk 2-3 km to go to night walking street. Romm poor and really ugly, bathroom....too small, cannot almost open the door.

If only we were inform about the renovation that is happening. How can you call it relaxing when drilling and hammering going on outside your room at 08.00hr. Dust and heavy smell of paint around dinning area. I dont think hotels are meant to be like that?

Somewhat close to beach road, this hotel is in the center of the city and very near to markets. we found the hotel to be quite clean and the staff was always helpful. We also appreciated the free bottles of water provided to us daily.

Not one thing stood out as particularly negative at the hotel.

The hotel provided excellent Indian buffet breakfast options, with a variety of dishes such as Upma, Dosa, Chole, Puri, Kichadi. The breakfast was satisfying and there were free water and coffee available throughout the day. The shared swimming pool with the adjacent Grand Bella hotel was a highlight, and the staff was friendly and kept the room clean. The location in Central Pattaya was convenient, with easy access to the city's attractions.

There are several convenience stores within walking distance, making it easy to stock up on essentials. The swimming pool was definitely the best aspect, and it was shared between two hotels, thereby providing even more options to the guests.

The rooms were not in great condition and the wood doors between the rooms allowed for too much noise. The hotel staff could be more friendly, especially at check-in.
